Nano Technology

Nanotechnology is the technology of precisely reducing the size and structure of a substance at the molecular level. Nanosized particles are defined as having a measurement of 10-100 nanometers. To put this in perspective, one nm, a billionth of a meter, is equivalent to the size of four atoms. Nano-technology is currently used in many different fields including engineering, chemistry, electronics and even medicine.
